Cancellation Policy
- Tickets purchased to museum programs may be returned for a full refund if cancelled with three days advance notice. Contact programs@mohai.org or 206-324-1126 x108 to process a refund.
- If you are unable to attend a program, you may transfer the ticket to another individual by forwarding them a copy of the e-ticket. Will Call tickets may be transferred within 2 days of the scheduled program by emailing programs@mohai.org with the order number, name on the order, and the new name of the individual picking up the order.

- Your ticket is valid for entry between 10 am and 5 pm on your reservation date.
- The display, Pulling Together: A Brief History of Rowing in Seattle, runs from November 24, 2023 through June 2, 2024 and is included with your admission.
- Our special exhibit, Towers of Tomorrow with LEGO® Bricks, runs from May 25, 2024 to September 22, 2024. Please select the date of your visit above.
- If you are a member, bringing guest passes, or using other discounted admission options, please select the "Member/Other Discount" option and bring your credentials to the front desk.
- All school, youth groups, summer camp groups, and home school co-op groups are required to schedule their visit with MOHAI’s Education department. Adult, senior, and college groups of 10+ can schedule their visit at discounted rates with our Public Programs department.
