Cancellation Policy

• Tickets purchased to museum programs may be returned for a full refund if cancelled with two days advance notice. Contact programs@mohai.org or 206-324-1126 x108 to process a refund.
• If you are unable to attend a program, you may transfer the ticket to another individual by forwarding them a copy of the e-ticket. Will Call tickets may be cancelled or transferred within 2 days of the scheduled program by emailing programs@mohai.org with the order number, name on the order, and the new name of the individual picking up the order.

Inclement Weather Policy

• In the case of inclement weather, and in consideration of the safety of students, staff, and instructors, MOHAI may adjust opening hours or cancel classes. The decision will be posted on the MOHAI website and shared on Facebook and Instagram by 6:30 a.m. when inclement weather is predicted.   

  For real-time updates, please check our website and social media. Online programs will continue as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions, unless otherwise noted.
