Candle Pouring with Noir Lux
Create your own candle with Noir Lux at MOHAI!
Local, black, woman-owned company Noir Lux will be hosting a candle pouring bar at the MOHAI Mercantile between 12pm and 3pm on Sunday, February 11.
Participants will learn about the art of candle making, select their own custom fragrance, and pour a 9oz soy wax candle to take home. Candles are made with premium soy wax and high-quality phthalate free fragrance oils, which are FDA approved, cruelty free, and skin safe.
Candles take up to one hour to cure, so drop in between 12pm and 3pm to make your candle, and then explore the museum or enjoy the Gourmondo at MOHAI Cafe.
All ages are welcome! Adult supervision is required for registrants 14 and under. A liability waiver will be required to participate.
Fee: Adult - $25, Youth - $15, MOHAI Member - $15. Fee includes MOHAI admission.
