Cancellation Policy

• Tickets purchased to museum programs may be returned for a full refund if cancelled with three days advance notice. Contact programs@mohai.org or 206-324-1126 x108 to process a refund.
• If you are unable to attend a program, you may transfer the ticket to another individual by forwarding them a copy of the e-ticket. Will Call tickets may be transferred within 2 days of the scheduled program by emailing programs@mohai.org with the order number, name on the order, and the new name of the individual picking up the order.
