 Cancellation Policy

• Tickets purchased to museum programs may be returned for a full refund if cancelled with seven days advance notice. Contact programs@mohai.org or 206-324-1126 x108 to process a refund.
• If you are unable to attend a program, you may transfer the ticket to another individual by forwarding them a copy of the e-ticket. Will Call tickets may be transferred within 2 days of the scheduled program by emailing programs@mohai.org with the order number, name on the order and the new name of individual picking up the order.

Ticketing Information

• Boarding will begin at 6:30pm. 
• The boat will leave the dock promptly at 7:00 pm, so please plan accordingly.

General public tickets for Freedom Plane will be available June 15 and on a seperate webpage.

Member tickets for Freedom Plane are accessed through a link emailed to members, not through this page.

Public tickets will release on June 15 on a separate webpage.

This event welcomes adults and families who may benefit from a low-sensory environment to explore the museum. During this event, the museum will be closed to the general public and the lights and sounds in the gallery will be lowered. A sensory map and information about what to expect during your visit to MOHAI will be provided via email following registration. Spots are limited so register early!

Este evento da la bienvenida a adultos y familias que puedan beneficiarse de un entorno con bajo nivel sensorial para explorar el museo.
